Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
Monitor receiving, storage, and issuing processes to ensure compliance with approved procedures.
Track inventory levels and conduct periodic, monthly, and annual stock counts.
Maintain warehouse organization according to safety standards and ease of access.
Monitor item movements and update data in the system (ERP or warehouse management system).
Coordinate with other departments such as Purchasing, Production, and Sales to ensure material availability.
Ensure the safety and protection of stored materials from damage or loss.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on inventory movement and performance levels.
Supervise loading and unloading operations and ensure safe handling procedures.
Enforce occupational safety and security policies within the warehouse.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
Good knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP).
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
