Document Controller
Position: Document Controller
Location: MADINA JEDDAH
Employment Type:** Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and update all company documents (soft and hard copies).
- Maintain accurate records using Excel and other documentation systems.
- Edit, format, and prepare documents using Photoshop when required.
- Ensure proper filing, version control, and secure storage of documents.
- Coordinate with departments to collect, verify, and distribute documents.
- Prepare reports, logs, and documentation summaries for management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and document control procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in **Photoshop** (editing, formatting, document preparation).
- Excellent command of **Microsoft Excel** (formulas, tables, data entry, formatting).
- Good knowledge of document control systems and filing procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as a Document Controller in construction, contracting, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with Saudi documentation standards (Iqama, Absher, Muqeem, etc.) is an advantage.
