Our Company name is Top International Engieering Corporation Arabia Limited, is a Chinese Company .We are currently workingrge-scale integrated development project in Riyadh.So,We need to hire several MEP engineers.The specific requirements are as follows:
1?Education Background:Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related engineering.
2?At least,5 years of MEP (Mechanical Engineering Program) experience, with experience in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) projects preferred.
3?Possesses the ability to plan, design, review, and optimize MEP systems (including HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection, Electrical, ELV, etc.), ensuring compliance with local standards such as Saudi Aramco and the Water & Electricity Company (WEC), as well as international codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC).
4?Familiar with large-scale project types: commercial complexes, hotels, hospitals, industrial facilities, or infrastructure
5?Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM 360; familiar with professional analysis tools such as ETAP and HAP.
6.Fluent in English (written and spoken), Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
