Maramer Contracting Company is seeking a Mechanical Site Engineer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience, specifically in high-rise / building / residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanical works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timely execution of all mechanical activities.
Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all mechanical site activities in line with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and follow up on mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Ensure proper installation of mechanical systems including: HVAC systems (chilled water, DX, ventilation) Plumbing and drainage systems; Firefighting and fire protection systems; Water supply, pumps, and piping networks.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify technical issues and propose effective engineering solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and QA/QC standards.
- Coordinate mechanical works with civil, electrical, and architectural teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building / residential / high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and site execution practices.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
- Familiarity with project documentation and reporting tools
