• Practical experience in operating and maintaining production lines.

3. Production Supervisor
• Experience in supervising production operations within manufacturing factories.
• Responsible for daily production follow-up, shift management, and workflow organization.
• Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met.
• Acts as a link between production staff and management.

4. Production Manager
• Proven and sufficient experience in marble alternative manufacturing or similar industries.
• Responsible for production planning, cost control, and performance monitoring.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to improve productivity, quality, and overall operational efficiency.
