Qualifications: Bachelor Degree.
Location: Al Hasa, Eastern Province.
Experience required: 5 – 7 years of total experience as Document Controller in Saudi ARAMCO Projects.

Responsibilities:
• Should have knowledge of updating company pre-qualification data in SAP Ariba system and be able to upload the company pre-qualification documents in SAP Ariba system.
• Knowledge of vendor approval total process through SAP Ariba system.
• Sending the transmittals to the clients / ARAMCO and keeping the records of transmittals.
• Supporting the Tenders Department in preparing the documents for new tenders submission.
• Able to submit the company pre-qualification data/documents in the construction companies portals to get the vendor approvals.
• Keeping track of company correspondence with the clients.
Salary: Depends on the experience.
