Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to support our Human Resources department. The role is responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining HR documents while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and control all HR documents, records, and files (physical and electronic)
Ensure proper document version control and timely updates
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and filing HR documents such as contracts, policies, and employee records
Ensure confidentiality and data protection of sensitive HR information
Coordinate document retrieval and distribution as required
Support HR audits and compliance checks
Maintain document registers and tracking systems
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
Proven experience as a Document Controller or in an administrative/HR role
Strong organizational and document management skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Knowledge of document control systems and MS Office
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in an HR department
Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
Good communication and time management skills
