A leading Design & Build and Construction Project Management Company in Riyadh is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join its growing team for the following positions:

* Project Planner

* Quantity Surveyor

* Project Manager

* Procurement Officer

* Accountant

* Technical Office Architect – Drawings

General Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Design & Build or construction projects

* Strong experience in Shop Drawings and IFC / Construction Drawings

* Valid and transferable Saudi Iqama

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment

* Experience in the Saudi market is preferred

* Priority will be given to candidates available for immediate joining or within one week

1. Project Planner

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely project delivery in compliance with contractual and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project

* Monitor and update project schedules on a weekly basis

* Identify critical path activities and potential delays

* Prepare recovery and mitigation plans

* Coordinate with project teams and procurement

* Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports

* Support EOT and delay analysis reports

2. Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

Responsible for cost planning, financial control, and contract administration to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare quantity take-offs from IFC and shop drawings

* Develop BOQs and cost estimates

* Review subcontractor and supplier payment applications

* Monitor project budgets and cash flow

* Prepare variation orders and financial reports

* Support final accounts and contract administration

3. Project Manager

Job Summary:

Lead the full project lifecycle from design to handover while ensuring compliance with time, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage design, technical, and site teams

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities

* Monitor schedule, budget, quality, and HSE compliance

* Review shop drawings and material submittals

* Prepare executive and client reports

* Manage risks and contractual matters

4. Procurement Officer

Job Summary:

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and subcontract services to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prequalify suppliers and subcontractors

* Issue RFQs and evaluate technical and commercial bids

* Negotiate prices and delivery terms

* Issue purchase orders and track deliveries

* Maintain vendor performance records

5. Accountant

Job Summary:

Manage project and corporate financial operations in compliance with Saudi financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily accounting transactions

* Prepare financial statements and reports

* Monitor project cash flow and budgets

* Review invoices and payment certificates

* Ensure VAT and ZATCA compliance

* Support audits and financial planning

6. Technical Office Architect – Drawings

Job Summary:

Prepare, coordinate, and review technical and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and construction requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare shop and IFC drawings

* Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

* Review consultant and authority-approved drawings

* Respond to RFIs and site technical queries

* Prepare as-built and handover drawings
