Key Responsibilities:
Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel efficiently
Interpret technical blueprints for accurate setting out and measurements.
Implement quality control procedures to satisfy regulatory requirements.
Coordinate materials, schedules, subcontractors, and overall project progress.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
Proactively resolve technical challenges during construction to keep work on track.
