? General Requirements
Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Technical / University or Post-Secondary as per role)
Minimum 7–15 years of total experience depending on position
3–5 years’ experience in similar water / infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of water technical standards in KSA
GCC / KSA experience preferred
Certifications where applicable (PMP, QA/QC, OSHA, NEBOSH, Cost Management, etc.)
English and Arabic Fluent
