**Requirements:**
• Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as a Safety Officer in oil & gas or construction projects
• **Aramco approval preferred**
• Valid safety certifications such as **NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA**
• Strong knowledge of **HSE regulations, risk assessment, and safety procedures**
• Experience in **Aramco standards and permit-to-work systems**
• Good communication and reporting skills
**Responsibilities:**
• Implement and monitor **HSE policies and procedures**
• Conduct **site safety inspections and risk assessments**
• Ensure compliance with **Aramco safety standards**
• Conduct **toolbox talks and safety training**
• Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
