To efficiently manage and operate the main warehouse for wholesale household goods (primarily glass products), ensuring safe receiving, handling, and storage, improving operational organization, minimizing breakage and waste, and fulfilling wholesale and online orders on time, while ensuring timely stock supply to branches.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive container shipments and supervise unloading in accordance with safe handling procedures for fragile items
• Verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists
• Inspect cartons and pallets, identify damages, isolate affected items, and report incidents immediately
• Label items, record them in the system, and assign storage locations
• Implement a location system and eliminate random storage practices
• Organize glass inventory based on safe stacking standards and height limitations
• Classify inventory based on category, movement, and size (ABC Classification)
• Perform periodic and surprise stock counts and reconcile system records with physical inventory
• Process and prepare sales orders (wholesale & online) with high accuracy
• Apply professional packaging standards for fragile products before shipping
• Meet defined order preparation SLAs and verify orders before dispatch
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics teams ensuring safe transportation
• Prepare and dispatch branch replenishments according to supply plans
• Schedule loading and deliveries and track movements between warehouse and branches
• Update all inventory transactions in ERP / WMS / Excel in real-time
• Generate daily reports (receiving, prepared orders, delays, shortages, damages)
• Monitor fast-moving items and prevent stockouts
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience in warehouse operations (wholesale / distribution)
• Experience handling fragile products (glass / ceramics)
• Hands-on experience with Odoo (Inventory & Warehouse Modules)
• Knowledge of ERP / WMS systems
• Strong organizational and operational control skills
• High accuracy in stock counting and reconciliation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team supervision and task allocation skills
• Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting
• Knowledge of safety procedures and standard storage practices
