We are a growing company specializing in fire fighting systems and HVAC projects in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator / Accounts Document Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize project documents and records
• Handle invoices, billing, and basic accounting tasks
• Prepare and manage VAT documentation and submissions
• Ensure compliance with Saudi business laws and regulations
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial and project activities
Requirements:
• Previous experience in KSA market (preferred)
• Knowledge of VAT regulations and Saudi business laws
• Experience in fire fighting systems or HVAC industry is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Language skills: Urdu, English, and Arabic (preferred)
• Must have own car
