We are currently recruiting professional engineers for our large-scale hotel project. We are looking for talents with rich experience, solid professional skills and valid SCE registration certificates to join our team and ensure the smooth progress of the project's electrical engineering work.?

Job Responsibilities

1. Review the special construction plans and detailed drawings of high-voltage systems such as power transformation and distribution, diesel generator, UPS, lighting and power, and put forward optimization suggestions to reduce costs or improve reliability.

2. Review the technical parameters and submission documents of key equipment such as power distribution cabinets, transformers, cables and generators to ensure compliance with Saudi SEC specifications and hotel management company standards.

3. Coordinate the reservation, embedding and comprehensive pipeline issues between high-voltage electrical systems and civil engineering, low-voltage electrical systems, machinery and hardcover through BIM or drawings, and issue technical instructions.

4. Formulate the commissioning plan for the high-voltage system in this area (including diesel generator load-carrying switching, ATS sequence testing, power quality analysis), supervise the subcontractor's commissioning process and review the report.

5. Ensure that all high-voltage design, construction and commissioning meet the electrical chapter of SBC, SEC grid connection requirements, civil defense bureau fire electrical regulations and international brand hotel standards.

6. Compile the three-level schedule for the high-voltage professional, track the progress of equipment procurement and installation, and provide technical support for the commercial department in change claims and material selection.

7. Be on-site to solve major technical problems and participate in supervision acceptance during key stages such as power transformation and distribution room installation, diesel generator commissioning and system joint commissioning.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above (master's degree is preferred) in Electrical Engineering, must hold a valid registration certificate of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

2. As a high-voltage person in charge, have more than 10 years of experience in the entire process of high-voltage engineering of large-scale or super-large-scale public buildings (construction area ? 100,000 ?, such as hotels, commercial complexes, hospitals, stadiums, etc.), including 10kV and above dual-circuit power supply, diesel generator + UPS, full-building intelligent lighting and RCU system.

3. Proficient in the technical specifications of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), Saudi Building Electrical Standard (SBC 801) and the electrical design guidelines of international brand hotel management companies (Marriott/Hilton/InterContinental), able to independently review detailed drawings and lead the acceptance by local supervision and SEC.

4. Have experience in managing an electrical technical team of more than 5 foreign and Chinese personnel, and be able to fluently use English to conduct technical negotiations with owners, supervision, hotel management companies and Saudi government regulatory authorities.

5. Led the joint commissioning of the full high-voltage system for no less than 3 projects (including diesel generator load-carrying switching, automatic transfer switch sequence testing, harmonic governance and power quality analysis), and can quickly handle complex electrical faults.
