We are currently recruiting Civil Engineers for our large-scale hotel project. We are looking for a professional with rich experience and solid professional skills to join our team and ensure the smooth progress of the civil engineering work of the project.

Job Responsibilities

1. Complete the review of civil construction drawings and the collation of joint review records, coordinate with the design institute for drawing clarification and change management.

2. Compile or review the construction plans and technical disclosure documents for civil sub-projects (such as formwork, steel bars, concrete, waterproofing, etc.).

3. Formulate demand plans for steel bars, concrete, masonry, waterproof materials, etc., sort out material submission documents and track the approval progress.

4. Be responsible for the collection, filing of civil inspection batches, concealed records, construction logs and other data, as well as the compilation of as-built drawings.

5. Coordinate the reservation, embedding and interface issues between civil engineering and electromechanics, hardcover, and curtain walls through BIM models or drawings, and issue coordination forms.

6. Review whether construction plans, material selection, test reports, etc. comply with Saudi and international standards such as SBC and ACI to ensure that technical documents pass the supervision approval.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or Engineering Management related majors.

2. More than 5 years of experience, or have fully participated in the entire process of main structure and rough decoration construction of a large-scale or super-large-scale public building (construction area ? 100,000 ?, such as hotels, commercial complexes, hospitals, stadiums, etc.).

3. Led or deeply participated in deep foundation pit projects with a depth ? 10m, familiar with support, dewatering and monitoring.

4. Master the detailed construction of mass concrete crack control, transfer floor high formwork and waterproof system (basement/roof/swimming pool).

5. Have on-site experience in coordinating the reservation and embedding of civil engineering and electromechanics, the handover elevation/flatness of hardcover, and the review of curtain wall embedded parts.

6. Able to compile and update the three-level schedule, and fully responsible for civil inspection batches and concealed acceptance data.
