Job description

Title: Draftsman (Multi-Discipline – Hotels Construction) Draftsman (Civil /Structural/ Architecture/decoration/electrical/mechanical/MEP) Location: Saudi Arabia Industry: Construction (Hospitality / Hotels / High-Rise Projects) Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. Develop and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and IFC drawings for hotel construction projects. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance. Interpret and implement project specifications, BOQs, and technical drawings. Ensure proper coordination between Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines. Modify and update drawings based on site conditions and design changes. Assist in material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation. Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper document control. Ensure compliance with local authority standards (e.g., KSA codes, SBC, SEC, Civil Defense). Support site teams with technical clarifications and drawing-related issues. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or high-rise building construction. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office. Experience in MEP coordination drawings is highly preferred. Familiarity with BIM processes and clash detection is an advantage. Good understanding of construction standards and codes in Saudi Arabia. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills.
