We are urgently seeking an experienced and technically strong Building Management System (BMS) Engineer to join our MEP team.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Programme, configure and commission BMS/BAS DDC controllers and field devices
2.Integrate and manage all mechanical systems including HVAC, chillers, VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and cooling towers through the BMS platform
3.Develop and implement control sequences, PID loops, schedules and alarm management
4.Carry out point-to-point verification, I/O testing and full system commissioning
5.Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and ELV contractors for seamless system integration
6.Prepare and maintain BMS point lists, cause-and-effect matrices, and as-built documentation
7.Provide technical support during testing, commissioning and handover to the client
