Drive sales growth by providing technical expertise and solutions to customers, ensuring alignment with their requirements and company objectives.
Candidate will be responsible for driving sales of centrifugal air compressors new equipment and aftermarket. . The mission will be to identify customer needs, propose optimal compressor solutions, and support customers through the entire sales cycle — from pre-sales, technical design, through to customer handover and aftermarket.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales pipeline for both Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify and qualify potential customers: EPC companies, refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, manufacturing facilities, and industrial end-users.
- Generate new leads through market research, customer visits, trade shows, and partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and strategies.
- Read and interpret PFDs, P&IDs, process data, and compressor performance curves.
- Understanding of compressed air system layouts and packages, including auxiliaries (coolers, lubrication systems, instrumentation) and control
- Conduct on-site (or virtual) product demonstrations.
- Respond to RFQs, develop technical proposals, and prepare compliance documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3-5 Years Proven sales experience with centrifugal compressors, turbomachinery, or rotating equipment.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (API, ISO, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of both oil & gas and markets.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time. .
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
