Key Requirements:
* Manage and maintain all project-related documents in compliance with Aramco standards and procedures
* Control and track all incoming & outgoing documents such as:
* Technical submittals
* Drawings and revisions
* RFIs (Requests for Information)
* Method statements and reports
* Ensure proper document numbering, filing, distribution, and archiving
* Maintain accurate document logs, registers, and tracking systems
* Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and management for document submissions and approvals
* Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, easily accessible, and audit-ready
Mandatory Requirements:
* Valid Aramco Approval as Document Controller (Compulsory)
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Document Control within Oil & Gas / EPC / Aramco projects
* Strong knowledge of:
* Aramco documentation standards
* Document control systems (manual & digital)
* Project documentation workflows
* Must have prior experience in handling large-scale project documentation
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and document management systems
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be currently available in Saudi Arabia
Valid & Transferable Iqama preferred
Must have eligibility for CV submission in Aramco system
