JOB- VACANCY: CIVIL ENGINEER
Specialized in Villas & Resort Construction
We are looking for a result-oriented Civil Engineer with proven experience in villa-type and resort building projects. This role is critical to project execution, quality, and timely delivery.
???? Critical Job Profile
Lead and supervise end-to-end civil construction for villas and resort structures
Strong hands-on experience in structural works, finishing, and high-end residential quality standards
Full responsibility for site execution, quality control, and progress monitoring
Coordinate closely with consultants, architects, MEP teams, and subcontractors
Ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Identify and resolve site issues, design conflicts, and construction challenges proactively
Control materials, manpower, and daily site activities to avoid delays and cost overruns
???? Mandatory Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Proven experience in villa, luxury residential, or resort projects (essential)
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes
Ability to read, interpret, and execute construction drawings independently
Site-based role – strong leadership and decision-making skills required

Experience with high-end or luxury developments
Prior GCC/KSA project exposure is an advantage
