Requirements:
• Strong experience in construction planning
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Ability to prepare baseline schedules, weekly/monthly reports, and recovery plans
• Experience in residential or commercial projects
2) MEP Engineer
Requirements:
• Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical systems
• Site supervision + coordination with civil/architectural teams
• Experience in material submittals, inspections, and testing & commissioning
• Residential/commercial project background preferred
3) Office / Site Coordinator (Filipino Only)
Requirements:
• 4–8 years of experience in site coordination & documentation
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, follow?ups, and daily reporting
• Ability to coordinate between site, office, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Nationality: Filipino only
