Industry: Electrical / LV & MV Panels / MEP / Industrial Projects

We at PCC Industry, are seeking a highly competent and result-oriented Electrical Draftsman / Estimation Engineer to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate shall possess strong technical expertise in electrical drafting, estimation, project costing, and design coordination, with the ability to independently handle tendering requirements, shop drawings, BOQ preparation, and technical submissions for commercial and industrial projects.

The selected candidate must demonstrate a solid engineering background, exceptional AutoCAD proficiency, analytical estimation skills, and sound knowledge of electrical systems, LV & MV panels, switchgear, and MEP project standards within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of detailed electrical shop drawings, schematic diagrams, panel GA drawings, single line diagrams (SLD), and as-built drawings.

Quantity take-off from drawings and tender documents.

Preparation of BOQ, cost estimation, technical proposals, and commercial quotations.

Review tender specifications, RFQs, and project scope requirements.

Coordination with Procurement team for pricing, technical compliance, and material submittals.

Design support for MDB, SMDB, MCC, PCC, ATS, Synchronizing Panels, Control Panels, etc.

Ensure drawings and designs comply with IEC / Saudi standards and client specifications.

Coordination with project engineers, procurement team, and production department.

Preparation of value engineering proposals to optimize project cost and delivery.

Support project execution team with revisions, technical clarifications, and documentation.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in electrical drafting, estimation, or design engineering.

Strong background in electrical design and drafting is mandatory.

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

Good knowledge of LV switchgear panels, control panels, MEP systems, cable sizing, load schedules, and SLD preparation.

Ability to interpret consultant drawings, tender documents, and technical specifications.

Strong commercial understanding in costing and quotation preparation.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements:

Transferable Iqama is compulsory.

Basic Arabic speaking ability is necessary.

Valid residence status in Saudi Arabia.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Indian nationals are highly preferred as per current project requirements.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in Saudi market projects.

Familiarity with ERP systems / MS Excel advanced costing sheets.

Strong problem-solving mindset and professional attitude.
