Project Procurement Specialist

Location: Al Khobar/Dammam

Industry: Industrial Projects (Greenfield)

We are looking for a Project Procurement Specialist to oversee procurement lifecycle for a large industrial project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in procurement processes related to equipment, civil works, engineering, MEP, EPC, PMC, and logistics in the industrial sector. Experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee procurement activities for industrial projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.

• Coordinate with approved contractors, engineering consultants, and service providers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Ensure procurement processes align with project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

• Support the project team with procurement-related tasks and documentation.

• Manage & Monitor the entire process from order to delivery.

• Utilize ERP systems for procurement tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or a related field.

• 5-8 years of experience in Industrial Project Procurement or Procurement in General.

• Knowledge and experience with KSA's procurement landscape, including approved contractors, consultants, material suppliers and service providers.

• Experience managing international vendors & service contractors.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software / MS Office.

• Strong Project Management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with Greenfield projects.

• Prior experience working on projects in KSA is highly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a multicultural team.
