About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in managing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating between clients, contractors, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per design and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
