We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the intake, coding, storage, and retrieval of all project-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.

?Key Responsibilities:
* ?Manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation (drawings, reports, submittals, and correspondence).
* ?Maintain and update the Master Document Register (MDR).
* ?Ensure all documents are properly numbered, filed, and archived in the Document Management System (DMS).
* ?Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and QA/QC teams for timely document approvals.
* ?Monitor document revision control to ensure the latest versions are available to the team.
?Requirements:
* ?Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BBA or Engineering preferred).
* ?Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Document Control within the construction or engineering sector.
* ?Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and specialized EDMS software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, or Procore).
* ?Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* ?Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
