• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• 6 to 7 years of experience in MEP field
• Gulf experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems
• Hands-on experience in HVAC Systems
• Proficiency in BMS (Building Management Systems)
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents
• Familiarity with NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC and Saudi Building Codes
