We are seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller with strong Aconex background. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing documentation, internal QMS systems, Aconex audits, and quality records within a maintenance contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and control method statements in coordination with Project Manager
Maintain project-specific documentation and work site records
Ensure proper document version control and distribution
Maintain organized filing system (soft copy and hard copy)
Work closely with management teams
Experience Requirements
Minimum 15 years' experience in Gulf / Saudi
Proven experience as Document Controller in contracting company
Experience as Document Controller with strong Aconex system knowledge
Maintenance contractor experience preferred
Experience supporting
