Requirements:
? Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction safety
? Mandatory experience in:
• High-rise building projects
• 4-Star / 5-Star hotel projects
? Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and HSE standards
? Excellent communication and reporting skills
? GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce all safety regulations at the construction site
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and project safety requirements
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers and staff
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions and implement corrective actions
• Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with project management to maintain a safe working environment
• Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend preventive measures
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment on site
