We're Hiring – Civil Site Engineer
A leading Construction & Contracting Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and site supervision
Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
Experience in coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
Ability to monitor site progress and ensure quality standards
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering software
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
Monitor project schedules and productivity
Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements
Assist in project planning and site management activities
