Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture.
3–7 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM Modeling.
Experience in architectural design, shop drawings, and coordination.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings and project documentation.
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, Structural, and Civil).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage BIM models using Revit.
Prepare architectural drawings, details, and construction documents.
Coordinate designs with other disciplines.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
Support project delivery from design through construction phases.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
Familiarity with BIM coordination software such as Navisworks.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
