Elsa Integrated Contracting Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Technical Office Engineer with Planning Experience to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
* Proven experience in Technical Office and Planning functions
* Strong knowledge of construction projects and technical documentation
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
* Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and review of shop drawings, technical submittals, and project documentation
* Project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring
* Coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
* Preparation of project progress reports and technical documentation
* Support project execution through effective technical and planning management
