???? Responsibilities and Tasks:
???? Follow-up on the collection of outstanding debts of customers in accordance with the approved policies.
???? Communicating with customers in a professional manner to collect financial dues.
???? Prepare and follow up on periodic collection reports and submit them to the Department.
