## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Site Engineer with experience in Metal Works, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Architectural Metal Works, Handrails, Cladding, Access Systems, and Structural Fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, consultant coordination, inspections, documentation, and project follow-up from shop drawings through final handover.

The ideal candidate shall be capable of working under pressure, managing site activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, preparing technical documentation, obtaining approvals, and ensuring project completion according to specifications and schedules. can travel in any city in Saudi Arabia.

## Key Responsibilities

### Site Execution & Supervision

* Supervise installation and execution of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum works.

* Ensure works are executed according to approved shop drawings and project specifications.

* Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors on site.

* Monitor productivity, quality, and project progress.

* Resolve technical and installation issues on site.

* Conduct site measurements and prepare site reports.

### Technical Knowledge

* Good understanding of:

* MIG Welding

* TIG Welding

* Aluminum Welding

* Stainless Steel Fabrication

* Structural Steel Fabrication

* Architectural Metal Works

* Cladding Systems

* Handrails and Balustrades

* Access Ladders and Hatches

* Metal Doors and Gates

* Ability to identify suitable welding methods and fabrication techniques for different materials and applications.

### Documentation & Quality Control

* Prepare and submit:

* Material Inspection Requests (MIR)

* Work Inspection Requests (WIR)

* Request for Information (RFI)

* Delivery Notes

* Site Progress Reports

* Method Statements

* Material Submittals

* Inspection Checklists

* Follow up consultant inspections and approvals.

* Maintain project documentation and records.

* Ensure compliance with project quality requirements.

### Consultant & Client Coordination

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project management teams.

* Attend site meetings and technical discussions.

* Follow up comments and close inspection observations.

* Obtain approvals for materials, mockups, and completed works.

### Sample & Mockup Management

* Prepare material samples and mockup installations.

* Present samples and mockups to consultants.

* Coordinate modifications and approvals.

* Ensure approved mockups are implemented throughout the project.

### Commercial & Logistics Support

* Coordinate deliveries and site material requirements.

* Verify quantities delivered to site.

* Monitor material consumption and wastage.

* Support project team with material tracking and site logistics.

## Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.

## Experience

* Minimum 3–7 years experience in Metal Works, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, or Architectural Metal Works projects.

* GCC experience preferred.

* Experience dealing directly with consultants and project management teams.

## Skills

* Reading and interpreting shop drawings.

* AutoCAD knowledge.

* Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Strong communication and reporting skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

* Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

## Driving Requirement

* Valid Saudi Driving License Must

### Additional Requirements

#### Language Skills

* Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).

* Good command of Arabic (Speaking and Reading).

* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, project managers, site teams, and subcontractors in both English and Arabic.

#### GCC & Saudi Arabia Experience

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries.

* Proven experience in delivering large-scale projects in coordination with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

* Familiar with Saudi construction standards, project documentation procedures, and consultant approval processes.

#### Preferred Project Experience

Candidates with proven experience in one or more of the following projects will be highly preferred:

* Government Projects

#### Consultant Coordination

* Strong experience dealing with international consultants and project management companies.

* Ability to obtain approvals for:

* Material Submittals

* MIR (Material Inspection Requests)

* WIR (Work Inspection Requests)

* Mockups

* Samples

* Method Statements

* Shop Drawings

* As-Built Drawings

#### Leadership & Site Management

* Ability to manage multiple work fronts simultaneously.

* Strong leadership skills to supervise foremen, welders, fabricators, installers, and subcontractors.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding project schedules.

* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

#### Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Architectural Metal Works, Cladding, Handrails, Access Systems, and Decorative Metal Works, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-end government and prestigious GCC projects while maintaining quality, safety, and consultant satisfaction.

#### Driving License

* Valid Saudi Driving License (Mandatory).

* Willingness to travel between project sites across Saudi Arabia when required.
