Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control of HVAC dampers.
* Experience with:
* Volume Control Dampers (VCD)
* Fire Dampers
* Smoke Dampers
* Fire & Smoke Dampers
* Knowledge of applicable standards such as UL, AMCA, SMACNA, and project specifications.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Experience in inspection, testing, documentation, and quality audits.
* Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality control procedures.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
Responsibilities:
* Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of damper products.
* Ensure products comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
* Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
* Monitor corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
* Support customer inspections and third-party audits.
Location: Factory located approximately 100 km from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Preferred:
* Experience in HVAC manufacturing facilities.
* Knowledge of UL-listed fire and smoke damper requirements.
