Job Vacancy – Site Engineer (Fit-Out & Retail Projects)
Position: Site Engineer
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

MOMARRD Design & Contracting is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team and manage the execution of retail and F&B fit-out projects across Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Fit-Out and Interior Finishing Projects.
* Proven experience in executing restaurants, cafés, retail stores, showrooms, and commercial fit-out projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction details, finishing works, MEP coordination, and site management.
* Ability to read and review shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
* Experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site labor.
* Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
* Valid driving license is preferred.
* Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
* Coordinate civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
* Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
* Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are maintained.
* Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
* Support project handover and close-out processes.
