Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing civil engineering activities throughout project planning, design, and construction phases while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.

Supervise and mentor engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and technical support.

Conduct engineering analysis and calculations and review design drawings for technical adequacy.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor project budgets and schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide project updates.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, regulations, and project specifications.

Review technical submissions, drawings, and construction methodologies.

Identify project risks and develop risk management plans.

Support construction activities by resolving technical issues and providing engineering solutions.

Stay updated with civil engineering technologies and industry best practices to improve project efficiency and quality.

Minimum Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Civil Engineering.

Experience in Industrial EPC Projects is preferred.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering design, construction methods, and project management.

Experience leading engineering teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.

Valid driving license.

Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.

Transferable Iqama.

Available for immediate joining.
