1.Senior civil Engineer /Manager
Salary: SAR 6,000 – 8,000
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete works, steel works, formwork, and scaffolding.
* Ability to manage complete site operations from planning to execution.
* Experience in coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
* Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, quality control, and safety requirements.
* Ability to monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
2. Civil Site Engineer
Salary: SAR 5,000 – 6,000
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in civil and structural construction works.
* Strong experience in reinforced concrete and steel works.
* Ability to review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
* Capable of executing site works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
* Good knowledge of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
* Ability to arrange, monitor, and control reinforcement steel works as per approved BBS.
* Experience in site supervision, quality control, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors.
* Ability to manage site activities and ensure work progress according to project schedules.
3. Technical Engineer / AutoCAD Draftsman
Salary: SAR 4,000 – 5,000
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and civil construction drawings.
* Experience in preparing IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings.
* Ability to prepare detailed Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings for civil and concrete works.
* Strong understanding of reinforced concrete structures and construction methodologies.
* Ability to coordinate drawings with site requirements and consultant comments.
* Experience in quantity take-off and drawing revisions is an advantage.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
