We are seeking a highly experienced Transportation Planning & Traffic Safety Engineer to join a prestigious project in Saudi Arabia.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with company representatives and government authorities to address traffic and transportation safety improvements.

• Lead and oversee traffic safety engineering activities and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.

• Review and develop scopes of work for Road Safety Audits, Traffic Impact Studies, Temporary Traffic Management Plans, and related studies.

• Provide technical support to improve traffic mobility and traffic safety.

• Review roadway designs, specifications, and proposed schemes using applicable industry standards and guidelines.

• Prepare technical reports, presentations, specifications, meeting notes, and recommendations.

• Support staff development through training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

???? Required Knowledge:

• AASHTO Green Book

• Highway Capacity Manual (HCM)

• Highway Safety Manual (HSM)

• MUTCD

• ITE & FHWA Guidelines

???? Certifications (Mandatory):

? PE (Professional Engineer)

? PTOE (Professional Traffic Operations Engineer)

? PTP (Professional Transportation Planner)

? RoSPA

? RSP

(Any relevant professional certification/license)

???? Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong technical reporting and presentation capabilities

• Ability to develop high-quality engineering deliverables
