A reputed contracting company is looking for an experienced **Civil / Mechanical Supervisor** with strong experience in **Saudi Electricity Company – National Grid projects**.
### **Position:** Civil / Mechanical Supervisor
### **Location:** Saudi Arabia
### **Project:** National Grid / High Voltage Substation / Transmission Projects
### **Required Experience & Skills:**
* Minimum **5–10 years of experience** in Civil and Mechanical construction works.
* Must have previous experience working with ** National Grid (NG)** projects.
* Experienced in:
* Civil works for substations and transmission projects.
* Equipment foundations, cable trenches, duct banks, manholes, and concrete works.
* Steel structure installation works.
* Structural steel erection, fabrication, alignment, and inspection.
* Support structures, platforms, ladders, and access works.
* Coordination with civil, mechanical, electrical, and QA/QC teams.
* Must have experience as **Work Permit Receiver (WPR)** with knowledge of:
* National Grid Permit to Work system.
* Hot Work Permit.
* Cold Work Permit.
* Excavation Permit.
* Work at Height Permit.
* Confined Space Permit.
* Toolbox meetings and JSA preparation.
### **Responsibilities:**
* Supervise daily site activities and ensure work completion as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Monitor civil and steel structure installation activities.
* Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives.
* Ensure compliance with National Grid safety requirements.
* Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
* Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.
* Manage manpower, materials, and equipment at site.
### **Requirements:**
* Valid Saudi National Grid approval/experience preferred.
* Valid WPR certification.
* Good knowledge of construction drawings and method statements.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Transferable Iqama preferred.
