Responsibilities:

Maintain and update company documents and records

Ensure all files are properly organized and easy to access

Distribute documents to the relevant departments and staff

Track document versions and updates

Prepare reports and support project documentation activities

Keep both digital and hard copy records properly filed

Requirements:

Good organizational and communication skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management

Support users with network-related problems
