A leading company is seeking experienced professionals to join its team for the following positions:

1?? HSE Officer

???? Key Responsibilities:

???? Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

???? Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

???? Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.

???? Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs.

???? Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.

???? Maintain HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports.

???? Ensure compliance with company and client HSE standards.

???? Promote a proactive safety culture across project sites.

???? Requirements:

???? Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).

???? Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

???? Excellent communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.

???? Ability to identify risks, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions.

???? Experience in industrial or construction projects is preferred.

2?? Document Controller

???? Key Responsibilities:

???? Maintain, organize, and control all project documentation.

???? Ensure documents are accurately recorded, updated, distributed, and archived.

???? Track document revisions and maintain document registers.

???? Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of technical documents.

???? Ensure document accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with project procedures.

???? Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete project documentation.

???? Archive project records in accordance with company procedures.

???? Requirements:

???? Minimum 10 years of experience in document control within engineering or construction projects.

???? Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

???? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

???? Ability to maintain document accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

???? Preference will be given to Filipino candidates for this position, as specified by the employer.
