We are hiring for the below positions.

1. Fit-Out Manager

Experience: Minimum 10 years (KSA experience preferred)

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee fit-out projects from initiation to completion

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Ensure project timelines, budget, and quality standards are met

Supervise site teams and ensure smooth execution

Requirements:

Proven experience in fit-out project management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of KSA regulations and standards

2. Fit-Out Engineer

Experience: Minimum 7 years (KSA experience required)

Responsibilities:

Execute site activities related to interior fit-out works

Coordinate with design and project teams

Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications

Monitor progress and report to management

Requirements:

Strong technical knowledge of fit-out processes

Experience in commercial/residential projects

Ability to read and interpret drawings

3. Electrical Engineer

Experience: Minimum 7 years (KSA experience required)

Responsibilities:

Handle electrical system design and execution

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning

Coordinate with MEP and other engineering teams

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of electrical design and execution

Experience in MEP projects

Familiarity with relevant standards and codes

4. Mechanical Engineer

Experience: Minimum 7 years (KSA experience required)

Responsibilities:

Manage HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and mechanical systems

Oversee installation and site execution

Ensure compliance with project specifications

Requirements:

Experience in mechanical design and execution

Strong background in MEP systems

Problem-solving and technical skills

5. Estimation Engineer

Experience: Minimum 7 years (KSA experience required)

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out and MEP projects

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements

Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis

Coordinate with procurement and project teams

Prepare BOQs and tender documentation

Requirements:

Strong experience in estimation for construction/fit-out projects

Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and tendering

Proficiency in estimation software and Excel

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications

6. HSE Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 5 years (KSA experience required)

Responsibilities:

Implement health, safety, and environmental policies

Conduct site inspections and risk assessments

Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations in KSA

Relevant certifications (NEBOSH or equivalent preferred)

Good communication and reporting skills

General Requirements (For All Positions):

Minimum required experience as mentioned above

Prior experience working in KSA projects is mandatory

Strong teamwork and communication skills
