We are seeking precision-driven Land Surveyors to perform site validation, setting out, and structural level alignment checks for our key development layouts in Riyadh.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Perform critical site validation, topographical surveys, and boundary setting out.
Establish accurate baseline marks, grid lines, and dimensional benchmarks across the field.
Execute continuous survey checks during excavation, casting, and structural assembly.
Manage and calibrate advanced surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Level).
???? Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Geomatics, Civil Surveying, or related fields.
Proven field experience as a Site Surveyor within infrastructure, civil building, or residential projects.
Strong spatial analysis and data calculation accuracy.
