HSE Officer

We are looking for dedicated HSE Officers to join our team in Riyadh to drive, lead, and implement critical health, safety, and environmental practices on-site.
ROLE:
Lead the active implementation of project health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements on-site.
Develop comprehensive risk assessments and establish robust, safe working procedures.
Ensure strict compliance with all site safety guidelines, local regulations, and client requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and continuous hazard monitoring activities.
Promote, mentor, and foster a strong "Safety First" working culture across all phases of the project.
REQUIREMENTS:
Language: Fluent Arabic speaker is mandatory.
Experience: Proven hands-on experience as an HSE Officer on construction or engineering projects.
Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively conduct site inspections, deliver toolbox talks, and implement safety protocols.
