Supporting financial management in carrying out day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, contributing to the preparation of reports and adherence to approved accounting procedures and policies.
???? Duties and Responsibilities:
???? Entering accounting entries and updating financial records.
???? Review documents and invoices and ensure they are complete.
???? Assistance in the preparation of financial and periodic reports.
???? Archiving and organizing accounting files and records electronically and on paper.
???? Follow up the day-to-day financial operations in coordination with the accounting team.
???? Contribute to the work of financial reconciliations and reconciliations.
???? Carry out other related tasks assigned to him by the Department.
???? Requirements:
???? Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
???? Work experience not exceeding 6 months.
???? Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel.
???? Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
???? Accuracy, commitment, and ability to organize and manage work.
???? Ability to learn and work in a team.
