### Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in **Mechanical Engineering**
* Minimum **7 years** of relevant experience
* **Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Certificate – Mandatory**
* **ISO 9001 Certification** (Preferred)
* Current location must be **Dammam or Eastern Region**
* **Notice Period:** Maximum 1 Month
* **Professional English Communication Skills**
### Technical Requirements:
* Strong experience in **Solar PV system installation, testing, and commissioning**
* Experience with **Building Management Systems (BMS)**
* Knowledge of **Low Voltage (LV) systems**, electrical panels, cabling, lighting, and grounding
* Good understanding of **Mechanical Systems**
* Hands-on experience in **Quality Control inspections, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and Method Statements**
* Familiarity with international industry standards and quality codes
* Ability to review engineering drawings and technical submittals
