???? Requirements:
???? Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
???? Relevant experience in electrical engineering within the Real Estate Development & Property Management sector.
???? Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, and project requirements.
???? Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with standards.
???? Experience in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
???? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
???? Good communication and reporting skills.
???? Key Responsibilities:
???? Supervise and monitor electrical works across real estate projects and properties.
???? Ensure electrical systems are operating efficiently and comply with safety standards.
???? Review designs, drawings, and technical submissions.
???? Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality execution.
???? Support maintenance activities and resolve technical issues.
???? Prepare technical reports and follow up on project progress.
