???? Salary: SAR 10,000 – 13,000 + Other Benefits
???? Requirements:
???? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
???? Relevant experience in mechanical engineering within real estate development, property management, facilities management, or related sectors.
???? Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and building services.
???? Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
???? Experience in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and maintenance teams.
???? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
???? Good communication and reporting abilities.
???? Key Responsibilities:
???? Supervise and monitor mechanical systems across properties and projects.
???? Ensure HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems operate efficiently and meet required standards.
???? Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical documents.
???? Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality execution.
???? Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
???? Prepare technical reports and follow up on ongoing works.
