We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer / Sales Specialist who specializes in Waterproofing, Thermal Insulation, and Protective Coatings. The ideal candidate isn't just looking for a job—they are a deal-maker with a ready portfolio of active leads, specifically capable of securing supply and application projects for Polyurea and Polyurethane systems.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue: Identify, target, and secure supply and application projects for Polyurea, Polyurethane, waterproofing, and protective coating systems.
Leverage Connections: Utilize your existing network of developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants to generate immediate business opportunities.
Technical Consultation: Present and pitch Prime Builds' technical solutions to specifiers and decision-makers, ensuring our products are approved and spec'd in.
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and technical submittals to negotiation, closing, and handover to the application team.
Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on upcoming projects, competitor activity, and market trends to position Prime Build as the preferred partner.
What We Are Looking For
Industry Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of direct sales experience in Construction Chemicals, specifically focusing on Waterproofing, Thermal Insulation, and Protective Coatings.
The "Poly" Expert: Proven experience selling and/or overseeing the application of Polyurea and Polyurethane systems.
Active Network: This is a must. You must possess a strong, active book of business and established relationships with key industry players in the region.
Technical Credibility: A degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred (but solid, proven sales experience speaks volumes).
Skills: Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a hunger to smash targets.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
