TGCC Middle East is looking for a talented Planning Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the successful planning, scheduling, and monitoring of major construction projects.
???? Key Requirements
???? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
???? 3–5 years of experience in Planning Engineering and Project Controls.
???? Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
???? Experience in developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules.
???? Hands-on experience with Cost Loading and Resource Loading using Primavera P6.
???? Ability to prepare and update Recovery Plans, Revised Schedules, and Project Baselines.
???? Experience in preparing and issuing Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
???? Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development, data visualization, and project performance reporting.
???? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
???? Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
???? Key Responsibilities
???? Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules.
???? Track project progress and analyze schedule variances.
???? Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules to support project objectives.
???? Generate project performance reports and interactive Power BI dashboards.
???? Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate progress tracking and timely reporting.
???? Support project management with planning insights and schedule optimization.
